QCWA Roaring Twenties Melbourne Cup Fashion Parade and Lunch

Come and join QCWA Maleny launch our Centenary Celebrations with a “Roaring Twenties Melbourne Cup” fashion parade and lunch in the Main Hall of the Maleny Community Centre!
Next year marks 100 years since QCWA began. There will be many events held throughout Queensland, as we celebrate how country women have come together to forge friendships that support and empower each other to provide help to regional communities facing a range of different challenges.
Tickets for our Melbourne Cup function are NOW ON SALE. Starting at 10:30am, this event includes sweeps, live music, a fashion parade, delicious picnic lunch, licensed bar, raffle draws after the race, and a prize for the best 1920s fashion in the field!
