DESCRIPTION:The Viva Vivaldi Festival – Maleny –  is set to entertain all sorts with 6 concerts and 1 event celebrating the vibrant\, vivacious and vital work of the Baroque composer\, Antonio Vivaldi. This festival will be in multiple locations of the Maleny area and will showcase a variety of local Sunshine Coast and Brisbane musicians and groups performing their take on this wonderful music over just 2 days on the weekend of 19 and 20 October. Concerts are $20 each and the event is $10. Gates open 5.30pm on  at the Witta Rec Club\, when some fabulous local bands will be rocking on and playing until 11.30\, along with plenty to eat and drink. Come along and rock in the paddock to The Undecided\, My Cat Nellie\, My Fur Coat and Richo and the Killers\, with sound by DWSounds. Once more the Divine Divas will be fundraising for Variety Queensland – Children’s Charity. They must pledge to raise $8\,000 per car to enter this years Charity Variety Bash in August. All funds generated by all entrants in the Bash are donated to Variety Queensland and the Divas thank the wonderful Kelly Cork\, well known local muso and songwriter for donating his time to organise everyone.
